Overview
Late 2025 we teamed up with our customer Witley Jones to work on a fantastic, educational project manufacturing multiple elements for an all-boys school in the heart of London.
Project Management
Steve, our Project Management Director, was the communicator between Retail Furniture and Witley Jones, who oversaw this entire project from start to finish. Each section had to be managed meticulously from design, through to manufacturing and joinery.
The Brief
Westminster School is one of the UK’s leading academic institutions and independent preparatory school for boys aged 7 to 13. We were tasked with the assignment to manufacture furniture for various locations on site, such as:
- Downstairs Communal Area
- Break Out Areas
- Library
- Classroom
- Dining Hall
- Reception
Each piece follows a modern and stylish design with soft curves and wooden batons, creating a timeless atmosphere within old surroundings.

Overcoming Hurdles
This was a large project which took a couple of weeks to complete, due to the volume of pieces required. From sourcing the requested materials, programming and machining, joinery and packing the whole job was successful and we had very happy customers.
