Overview
We have worked quite closely with the owners of Sassy Coffee, manufacturing his individual coffee stands so it was great to be able to join forces again but on a larger scale.
The Brief
- To produce joinery for a brand-new café in Wolverhampton
- To manufacture different components ready for the official opening
The Challenge
It was quite easy to work through the initial job briefing because of the strong existing customer relationship. When our Procurement Director, Andy Hall was handed the materials list it was easy for us to locate and order due to past items manufactured.
Within this job, was a large order for glass which would have been delivered directly to site in Wolverhampton.

Project Management
From order placement to delivery, the project ran for 2 weeks’ total. This includes all of the design in IMOS IX (CAD CAM design software), creation of the shape and features in the machine shop to then finishing up in our joinery area.
Delivery
Once completed and wrapped, we delivered the items straight to site. It was installed by Andy, who ran this project with our customer. It was a straight forward project to be a part of, something that we’re very proud to be associated with.
